After you contact me, we will begin with a free 10-15-minute consultation to make sure we are a good fit and can provide the services you are looking for. Look at it as a time for you to interview me and make sure it's a good fit. It's important to have a healthy therapeutic relationship to make sure you feel heard and safe with me before moving forward with your first appointment.
